Publication

All papers accepted for SAIBS 2013 will be published in the LTC proceedings (printed hard copy, with ISBN number + CD). A post-conference volume with extended versions of selected papers is planned. As this was the case for the previous three LTC conferences, we intend to publish them in the Springer series Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence.

Authors of the best SAIBS papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their works to three international scientific journals:

In order to qualify for the journal, the paper must be presented at the workshop by one of its authors. Publication of selected papers in the journal will be subject to the second round of reviews (to verify if the paper satisfies the journal requirements, including 30% of new content when compared to the version from the LTC proceedings).

Submission procedure

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in workshop topics specified in CFP section. Workshop papers must be written in English. Instructions for preparing the manuscript are available at LTC website: Paper submission.
Papers should be submitted electronically via EasyChair submission system

Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Duplicate submissions are not allowed. A submission is considered to be a duplicate submission if it is submitted to other conferences/workshops/journals or it has been already accepted to be published in other conferences/workshops/journals. Duplicate submissions will be automatically rejected without review. Papers will be refereed and accepted on the basis of their scientific merit and relevance to the workshop. Each paper will be reviewed by three Program Committee members.

Accepted papers will be included in LTC proceedings if at least one author registers his/her participation in SAIBS Workshop/LTC.

Workshop fee

2nd SAIBS Workshop is an integral part of 6th Language and Technology Conference (with autonomous Program Committee). Fees and payment procedures are the same as for LTC and cover participation in the general conference program. Single registration covers only one paper presentation.
